crazy! so noone can rob them? that is the strangest thing i've seen in a while. is it easy to communicate with them?
yeah i think that is why they do it. they do have people there like in the "opening new accts/acct problem" area which is what i was waiting for.
yeah it looked like you just talk to the screen and then whatever you need to give them you put in a tube and it gets sucked up and goes to where they are.
some other branches have them, but they also have people tellers. it is the strangest thing!
