it's some character in japan called sonny angel. they have vinyl toys of him...this one is animals. they also have fruits & veggie ones and ones with t shirts. they are the only toy i collect! i have them in my bathroom haha.
i googled it, and saw a bunch of them on ebay. they are too cute. i like the little shark one. do you know that i have a kewpie doll tattooed on the back of my arm?!

do you?! i love kewpies! they are so cute..i think that's why i was drawn to this lil guy. i really want the rabbit one.
